Most of a cost segregation study is already sitting in documents you own. Give us those and we will do the reading, then tell you exactly what is left.
Send any file. Up to 50 MB per file, 200 files and 500 MB per batch. We read PDFs, photos, Word and Excel files and plain text; anything else is kept for a person to read. One review pass reads up to 150 pages and 40 photos; larger sets are read in parts.

Closing statements, pay applications, schedules of values, invoices, drawings, photographs, spreadsheets, a note you typed yourself. Send it all at once. We will read it and tell you exactly what is still missing.
