Most of a cost segregation study is already sitting in documents you own. Give us those and we will do the reading, then tell you exactly what is left.
Send any file. Up to 200 MB per file, 300 files and 2 GB per batch. We start reading PDFs, photos, Word and Excel files and plain text as soon as they arrive; anything we cannot read is kept for a person. A large set is read in parts, and this page shows each file as it is read.
Give us everything you have
Closing statements, pay applications, schedules of values, invoices, drawings, photographs, spreadsheets, a note you typed yourself. Send it all at once. We will read it and tell you exactly what is still missing.
